Who handles your information
Gautam Singh operates Gautam QuantTerminal. For privacy questions and requests contact gautamk1512@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. This is the operator’s contact, not a claim of appointment as a statutory Data Protection Officer.
What is collected and why
Account name, email and password credentials support login and account security. A signal application collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, selected markets, experience and trading style to review your request and route approved alerts. Trading capital is optional and is used to understand the profile you choose to provide. Do not submit identity documents or broker secrets in ordinary forms.
Consent and choices
Submitting a signal application requests review; it does not enable alerts before approval. Consent to alerts is separate from reading public research. You may stop notifications through your private management page and request withdrawal, correction or deletion by email. The position-size calculator runs locally in your page; its inputs are not submitted or saved by that calculator.
Storage and recipients
Authorised administrators can review applications. Delivery providers process the contact/message information needed for WhatsApp and, only when enabled, email. Market-data and AI providers receive requests needed to supply those features. Providers may process information outside India. Do not include personal or confidential information in research prompts. Browser storage is used for sessions, preferences and saved research/trade records; shared devices can expose locally saved information.
Retention and security
Information is kept for the stated service purposes, operational records and applicable legal requirements. A verified closure/deletion request is reviewed against those needs; there is no claim that a stop-alert button immediately erases all records. Access controls and password hashing are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not share your password or private subscription-management link.
Your requests and grievances
You can request access information, correction, withdrawal or deletion and raise a grievance through the contact below. We may ask for proportionate account verification before acting; do not email passwords, OTPs or API keys. The operator will explain any retention or identity-verification requirement. Escalation rights under applicable law remain available.
Applicable privacy framework
This notice supports transparent processing; it is not a certification of DPDP compliance. The DPDP Act and Rules have notified commencement arrangements. The operator must apply the provisions in force and review this notice as services and obligations change. Children’s accounts and processing are not supported by this service.
