Gautam QuantTerminal provides quantitative market research, AI-generated forecasts, strategy-testing tools and broker automation software. We are not SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts, and nothing here is personalised investment advice. Forecasts and automated trades can be wrong and trading can lose money, including more than a planned stop-loss. You decide whether to subscribe, connect a broker, start automation or place an order, and you do so entirely at your own risk. You accept these terms with a checkbox before paying and before starting automated trading.

Charts, model outputs, calculated levels and backtests are research information. They are not a promise of returns or personalised investment advice. No SEBI registration or RBI authorisation is represented by the presence of an AI model, a signal or a broker logo. Obtain qualified advice where needed and make your own decisions.
Quotes can be delayed, interrupted or venue-specific. Spot, futures, indices and perpetuals are separate instruments. Check source, exchange time, expiry, currency and corporate actions before comparing prices. A reference level does not guarantee that a trade will fill or that price will reverse.
Provide contacts you own, protect your login and do not submit another person’s details. Signal applications require administrator approval. WhatsApp pairing, provider availability and a valid new setup are required for delivery. You can stop a subscription from its private management page or request help by email.
Paid plans (Model signals; Trade on your broker) are one-time payments for 30 or 365 days of access to the software features listed at checkout. They do not renew automatically. What is and is not included, eligibility and refunds are set out in the Subscription Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms. You must accept them, and the risk acknowledgement, before paying.
Broker automation places, manages and closes orders on your own broker account according to the settings you choose. You decide whether to connect a broker, which account and lot size to use and whether to start or stop automation. Model signals and automated trades can be wrong and can lose money. Real-money execution is available only where it is lawful for you and enabled by the operator; demo accounts are the default. Using the tools and acting on their output is at your own risk.
Creating an account does not authorise a payment. Separate broker or market-data providers may charge their own fees. Do not redistribute restricted exchange data, misuse other accounts, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful transactions.
Material product or policy changes will be reflected in the website notices. Access may be suspended for misuse or provider restrictions. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded by these terms. For a complaint or account query use the grievance page. No limitation here overrides rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
A paid plan is access to specific software features of Gautam QuantTerminal for the period you choose: 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (yearly). The features of each plan are listed on the pricing page and at checkout. Model signals: model setups (entry, stop-loss and targets) and their updates by WhatsApp and email for the markets and timeframes you are approved for. Trade on your broker: everything in Model signals plus connecting your own MetaTrader 5 broker account through the QuantTerminal agent on your computer, automation that places and manages orders on that account, manual orders and a trade ledger.
A subscription does not guarantee profits, accuracy of any forecast or signal, that an order will be filled or filled at a given price, broker or agent connectivity, continuous market-data availability, or access to any feature that is not lawful for you or not enabled by the operator. It is not personalised investment advice, portfolio management or a recommendation to buy or sell. Broker accounts, deposits, leverage, charges and trading losses are between you and your broker.
You must be 18 or older and use the service only where doing so is lawful for you. You are responsible for checking that your broker and the instruments you trade are permitted for you, including foreign-exchange rules if you are resident in India. Automation runs on demo accounts by default; real-money execution needs the operator to enable it and your explicit confirmation for the exact account. You can stop automation at any time from the broker page; orders already placed keep their stop-loss and take-profit at the broker.
The price and currency are shown before you pay; the amount shown at checkout is the total charged for that plan and period. Payment is processed by Razorpay; QuantTerminal does not see or store your card or UPI details. Access starts once the payment is confirmed and ends at the end of the period. Plans do not renew automatically; to continue, buy a new period.
Features may change as markets, data providers, brokers or the law change; a material reduction of a paid feature during your period is handled under the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access may be suspended for misuse, unlawful use, payment reversal or provider and legal restrictions. Your statutory rights are not excluded.
Plans are one-time payments that do not renew, so there is no recurring charge to cancel. You can stop WhatsApp and email alerts from your private management page and stop broker automation from the broker page at any time; access then simply ends at the end of the paid period.
You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not used the paid feature: no signal has been delivered to you and no automated or manual order has been placed through the broker feature for your account.
If a paid feature cannot be provided to you (for example, it is not available for your country, broker or account, or it is unavailable for an extended period because of a fault on our side), you can ask for a refund of the unused part of the period, or a full refund if you could not use the feature at all.
Trading results, losses, broker charges, slippage and market outcomes are not grounds for a refund. Periods that were used and have ended are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Email [email protected] with the subject “Refund request”, your account email and the payment date or Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay; banks usually credit them within 5 to 7 working days. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
Stocks, derivatives, forex, crypto and leveraged products can cause substantial loss. Derivatives and leverage can amplify losses; crypto and offshore products can have additional legal, counterparty and custody risks. A linked venue or broker is not an endorsement.
A price must be read with its venue, symbol, time and adjustment basis. A historical bonus/split-adjusted price is not an executable current quote. Delayed quotes and closed-market snapshots cannot establish a live trading opportunity. An index value cannot be traded directly as an equity share.
Model forecasts, structure labels, FVGs, order blocks and buyer/seller measures can be wrong. Backtests depend on sample periods, costs and fill assumptions. A simulated trade ledger is not a real broker statement. Historical returns and confidence scores do not establish future profitability.
Stops may fill beyond their intended price. Gaps, charges, slippage, liquidity and system outages can invalidate planned risk. The rupee calculator is an estimate, not a broker margin calculation or an order. Verify current exchange lot sizes and restrictions.
Indian residents should verify that a forex counterparty and electronic platform are authorised for the intended transaction and purpose. Do not assume an entity is authorised because it is absent from an alert list. This platform’s broker page is not evidence of RBI authorisation. Consult the official RBI guidance and authorised lists.

Account name, email and password credentials support login and account security. A signal application collects your name, email, WhatsApp number, selected markets, experience and trading style to review your request and route approved alerts. Trading capital is optional and is used to understand the profile you choose to provide. Do not submit identity documents or broker secrets in ordinary forms.
Submitting a signal application requests review; it does not enable alerts before approval. Consent to alerts is separate from reading public research. You may stop notifications through your private management page and request withdrawal, correction or deletion by email. The position-size calculator runs locally in your page; its inputs are not submitted or saved by that calculator.
Authorised administrators can review applications. Delivery providers process the contact/message information needed for WhatsApp and, only when enabled, email. Market-data and AI providers receive requests needed to supply those features. Providers may process information outside India. Do not include personal or confidential information in research prompts. Browser storage is used for sessions, preferences and saved research/trade records; shared devices can expose locally saved information.
Information is kept for the stated service purposes, operational records and applicable legal requirements. A verified closure/deletion request is reviewed against those needs; there is no claim that a stop-alert button immediately erases all records. Access controls and password hashing are used, but no online service can promise absolute security. Do not share your password or private subscription-management link.
You can request access information, correction, withdrawal or deletion and raise a grievance through the contact below. We may ask for proportionate account verification before acting; do not email passwords, OTPs or API keys. The operator will explain any retention or identity-verification requirement. Escalation rights under applicable law remain available.
This notice supports transparent processing; it is not a certification of DPDP compliance. The DPDP Act and Rules have notified commencement arrangements. The operator must apply the provisions in force and review this notice as services and obligations change. Children’s accounts and processing are not supported by this service.

Describe the page/feature, approximate date and time, what happened and your expected resolution. Include the account email if relevant. Redact personal information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, OTPs, API secrets or complete bank/payment details.
For stopping alerts use your private subscription-management page, or email a stop request from the registered account. For access, correction or deletion requests, state the action requested. Identity verification may be needed.
The operator reviews messages and responds through the contact provided. Delivery or reply is not guaranteed merely by opening a mail link. If unresolved, ask for escalation and retain the correspondence. Your right to approach the competent regulator, board or other lawful forum is unaffected. No statutory response-time or registration claim is implied by this page.
If any part of these terms cannot lawfully apply to you, the rest still applies. Rights you have under consumer-protection or other law that cannot be limited are not affected.
